Join us for Les Vacances: A French Bistro dining experience featuring a thoughtfully crafted menu created and prepared by local Chef Alfonso Ranno. Inspired by the flavors and techniques of French cuisine, each course celebrates seasonal ingredients and expert preparation. To compliment the courses an optional European wine pairing by Parlor Director Will Bryant is available to add-on.
Chef Alfonso Ranno has spent more than six years working in professional kitchens, most recently serving as Sous Chef at Brodeto in Raleigh Iron Works. Throughout the Triangle, he has hosted pop-ups in partnership with local favorites, including Ideals Sandwich Shop and The Durham Hotel. Known for his creativity, curiosity, and passion for exceptional hospitality, Chef Alfonso brings a fresh perspective to every dining experience.
Seatings are available at 6 and 7 PM. Each guest will enjoy a prix fixe, 5 course French-inspired menu, with optional wine pairings available as an add-on during ticket purchase. Please feel free to arrive early to enjoy pre-dinner drinks available from our full Parlor bar menu.
