We're thrilled to welcome Etta Place Cider to Hell's Backbone Grill & Farm for an unforgettable evening as we come together to celebrate the autumn harvest of fruit and our farm-forward bounty. One wonderful chef in our kitchen this year is Tyler Warren, formerly of North Creek Grill. He'll be showcasing exquisite flavors of our late autumn farm for this special dinner.
Settle in on our heated patio at 6 PM for five thoughtfully crafted courses, each paired with Etta Place's finest ciders, meads, and dessert wines. Ann and Robert of Etta Place Cider will join us to share about their ciders & orchards in Torrey, while Blake will give a brief talk about the importance of reuniting ethics, place, story, and meaning with food.
We'll be seating guests at communal tables on the enclosed, heated, and covered patio. Menu is subject to change based on farm availability.
