This one-night-only experience features a 15-course Kaiseki dinner, thoughtfully paired and presented in collaboration with two renowned Japanese sake breweries.
What Is Kaiseki?
Kaiseki is the highest expression of Japanese fine dining — a seasonal, multi-course culinary tradition rooted in balance, precision, and respect for ingredients. Each dish is intentionally crafted to highlight natural flavors, textures, and timing, allowing the meal to unfold as a carefully paced journey rather than a single moment.
The Evening’s Format
• 15 courses total
• Served in 3 rounds (5 courses per round)
• Welcome sake cocktail upon arrival
• 1 sake pairings per round (3 total pairings)
Courses will be presented round by round, allowing guests to fully experience each dish and its corresponding sake before moving into the next chapter of the evening.
