For one evening, discover two of Shimane's greatest treasures—its celebrated Wagyu and the artisanal sake of Rihaku Brewery. Thoughtfully curated by our culinary team, this exclusive nine-course tasting menu showcases the harmony between regional ingredients and traditional Japanese brewing, inviting guests to experience the flavors, craftsmanship, and spirit of Shimane Prefecture.
Joining us for this special evening is a visiting representative from Rihaku Brewery, traveling from Japan to personally guide guests through each featured sake while sharing the stories, traditions, and craftsmanship behind one of Shimane's most celebrated breweries.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy five distinctive expressions from Rihaku Brewery, each crafted from a different sake rice variety. From vibrant, lightly effervescent namazake to rich, complex genshu, every pour offers a new perspective on one of Japan's oldest brewing traditions.
