Long-time Hewn community members may recall the popular "Food as Medicine" classes we hosted during the bakery's early years. All of that foundational wisdom—plus a wealth of new insights—has been brought together in Geeta’s new book. During this intimate gathering, Geeta and Ellen will host a book discussion and Q&A, followed by a live baking demonstration of a recipe from the book highlighting its specific health and healing benefits.
