After exploring each station, stop by the bar for an additional pour of your choice—finish your favorite wine from the evening.
Spend time with Chef Hollie and the Holman Ranch Wine Team as they guide you through each pairing, sharing the inspiration and techniques behind each bite. Guests will leave with recipe cards and helpful tips from Chef Hollie, making it easy to recreate these pairings and bring a taste of Carmel Valley to your table.
