About the Chef:
Chef Steven Siglin is the founder and chef behind Edible Ambassador, a Monterey County catering company known for creating exceptional dining experiences centered around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Inspired by the rich agricultural landscape of California's Central Coast, he works closely with local farmers, ranchers, and artisan producers to craft thoughtful, ingredient-driven menus. His passion for hospitality and local sourcing results in meals that celebrate the people, flavors, and bounty of the region.
