We will make the Abruzzese favorite- Pasta alla Chittara
handmade rigatoni, garganelli and others!
Enjoy the pasta chittara with Cacio e Pepe and short cuts with Amatriciana ( tomato sauce with guanciale) She will demo each sauce so you can make like a pro!
If you do not eat meat, let us know in advance so we can modify!
We will have a complimentary glass of Italian wine over an antipasto to start and finish with homemade desserts. This event is BYOB as well!
