FREE HATCH CHILE ROASTING AT HONRAMA CELLARS - WINE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE
Join us for a one-of-a-kind New Mexico-Southwest-meets the Norcal wine country experience. We will have two barrel chile roasters going for you to roast your chiles and take a turn at the roaster! You will receive recipes and instructions on roasting, preparing, and freezing your chiles for year-round use!
