After shopping the Sonoma Farmers Market, bring your fresh Hatch chiles to Honrama Cellars for complimentary barrel roasting on our beautiful outdoor patio. Whether you roast them yourself or let our team do the work, you'll enjoy a fun, interactive experience celebrating the flavors and traditions of New Mexico in the heart of Sonoma Wine Country.
During the event, enjoy a Buy One, Get One Free select wine tasting or a complimentary select glass of wine when visiting solo. We'll also provide Hatch chile recipes, roasting tips, and freezing instructions so you can enjoy your chiles all year long.
Please bring resealable freezer bags for your roasted chiles. If you're traveling a distance, we recommend bringing a cooler or ice chest for transport.
