The dinner will be prepared by Chef Christian Poulsen of Capiche!, whose career includes time in some of Seattle’s most respected kitchens. He began his career at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle before moving on to Union, Ethan Stowell’s first restaurant. From there he cooked at the James Beard Award–winning Café Juanita and helped open Spinasse, celebrated for its handmade Piedmontese pastas. Poulson also helped open Stoneburner in Ballard, known for blending Italian tradition with Pacific Northwest sourcing, and later led the kitchen at Little Jaye. He now helms Capiche!, an Italian-American concept focused on scratch pasta, seasonality, and neighborhood hospitality.
Dinner is $80 per person, with checks presented at the end of the evening. Seating is communal at our dining room tables, with a few bar-top seats available. Our sommeliers will help you discover the perfect wines for your dinner from our full bottle collection of 800+ labels, all available at retail price with no corkage fee. Because of the fixed menu and family-style service, we’re unable to accommodate dietary restrictions for this event.
