Hyland is getting a little wild this harvest season! Acclaimed wine country Chef/mycological expert, Chef Paul Stanislaw, is creating a special 4-course menu centered on locally foraged wild mushrooms and other seasonal ingredients. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with wines from the deepest parts of Hyland's cellar. A dinner like this could only happen here in Oregon. So come raise a glass to celebrate the bounty of the PNW, and the commencement of the 2022 Vintage. (Tickets include a $25 credit* toward wine purchases that evening)
