About The Tour:
The "Taste of Culture" Food Tour by Chef Eros is an immersive culinary journey designed to educate, entertain, and inspire. Chef Eros will showcase the rich flavors of West African cuisine, seamlessly integrating it into the menus of top restaurants for one night only. The tour aims to highlight the power of culture in cuisine, sparking conversations that celebrate diversity and the shared human experience.
About This Stop:
For this stop of the tour, Chef Eros will head to Seven Reason in Washington, D.C. to collaborate with Co-Founder and Chief Culinary Officer Chef Enrique Limardo. Chef Limardo is commonly credited as the pioneer of modern Venezuelan cuisine in the United States. Limardo also became Venezuela’s 1st MICHELIN-starred chef in the US and only the second in history, and a 2023 James Beard Foundation semi-finalist for Best Chef Mid-Atlantic.
