IPPUDO was founded in 1985 in Japan's ramen capital of Hakata by Shigemi Kawahara, in internationally renowned Ramen King. With over 125 restaurants in Japan and 105 internationally in places such as New York, London, Paris, Singapore and more, IPPUDO had garnered international fame and legendary status over the years.
