12:15-1:15: Power Is Not a Dirty Word: Allison Staiger
Women, caregivers, and helpers are often taught to distrust ambition, minimize desire, and mistake self-sacrifice for goodness. What if reclaiming your power wasn’t selfish, but necessary for collective survival? Participants will be guided to unlearn shame around ambition, reconnecting with self-interest as an ethical signal, and identifying small, real-world ways to organize people, energy, and resources within their own spheres of influence. You’ll leave resourced, clearer about the world you want to help build, and more connected to your capacity to take meaningful action (even when you’re tired).
1:45-2:45: Panel with Chelsea Parker, Kimberly Frey and Marissa Heeter
Together, the discussion will explore what resistance looks like in therapeutic, coaching, and spiritual spaces, and how women can reclaim their bodies, minds, and inner authority as sources of strength. Participants are invited to ask their own questions. The conversation will close with a powerful reflection: the one truth they wish every woman they work with could fully believe about herself.
3:00-4:00: (BRING A JOURNAL!) PERSEPHONE: An Alchemical Writing Experience: Dana Marie
Utilizing the story of Persephone, Dana will guide us through a deeply embodied creative process designed to help you reconnect with your voice, your truth, and the parts of you that have been waiting to be expressed.
Join us for an afternoon of connection, play, power and sharing through three workshops, women artists, business owners, creatives and entrepreneurs vending, and raffles to benefit our charity partner. Each ticket comes with one drink, light snacks, one raffle ticket, and access to all vendors and workshops for the afternoon. We can't wait to see you there!
