At first glance, Nigeria and the Philippines seem worlds apart. Spend an evening at the table, and the deep, soulful similarities begin to reveal themselves.
When you step into this pop-up, you're stepping into two living archives of memory, migration, and home. This exclusive collaboration brings together Chefs Precious Olisadum (founder of the nomadic West African concept Asaba Global Supper Club) and Dio Buan (chef of Istorya) to reimagine Nigerian and Filipino flavors through a contemporary lens.
Each course is rooted in memory, then refined through technique, plating, and unexpected pairings. A night for deep conversation, storytelling, and tasting how two diasporas meet on the plate.
