Hearts & Vines - A VIP Wine + Chocolate Pairing by J. Brix + Christophe Rull
The VIP Experience offers a thoughtfully curated tasting of three distinct wines, personally selected and presented by Jody & Emily Towe, owners and winemakers of J. Brix Wines. Known for their hands-on approach and small-production philosophy, Jody & Emily craft wines that highlight terroir, balance, and individuality, drawing from sustainably farmed vineyards across California.
Each wine will be paired with handcrafted chocolates created exclusively for this event by Chef Christophe Rull. A French pastry chef renowned for his technical precision and artistry in chocolate, Christophe personally designs each pairing—from flavor composition to texture and finish—to elevate and complement the character of the wine.
Throughout the experience, VIP guests will enjoy direct interaction with the two business owners, both husband and wife teams, Jody & Emily and Christophe & Wilma, gaining insight into the pairing process, flavor development, and craftsmanship behind each wine and chocolate selection—making this Valentine’s celebration both intimate and unforgettable.
Each ticketed reservation is good for one hour. Bottles of wine and chocolate confections will be available for purchase separately.
