Join us for a tasting of a brand new premium single barrel line, *Premier Drams*
This release of elite single-barrels showcases bourbon, rye, and American whiskies from a renowned Bardstown distillery. These whiskies were aged in Frankfort and meticulously handpicked by Bill Thomas, owner of Jack Rose Dining Saloon.
Bill has been instrumental in the growth of American whiskey for more than two decades, but this is his first foray into developing a brand.
Starting their lives as new make, Bill has a hand in many aspects of creation from start to finish, including mashbills, yeast strains, entry proofs, barrel type and char level, corn varietals, warehousing locations and aging.
Saturday, July 13th, from 3 pm to 5 pm be amongst the first to sip this new and exciting venture.
We'll be tasting through six whiskies: (3) 7yr Bourbons, (2) 7 yr Ryes, and (1) 7yr American whiskey.
Additionally, all eighteen whiskies from the first Premier Drams release will be available at $10/oz throughout evening.
All featured bottles (750ml) from the tasting will be available for retail purchase. Discounted pricing is available on-site.
