This National Bourbon Heritage Month class will focus on all things maturation!
Jack Rose Lead Whiskey Advisor Chris Leung will lead guests through a tasting of whiskey expressions that specifically showcase interesting aspects of rickhouse climates, oak speciation, maturation in sherry casks and more.
Limited to only a small group of guests, there will plenty of opportunity for Q&As and exchanges of thoughts and tasting notes.
