The Cotswolds Distillery is located in one of England's most historic agricultural areas, with their whisky derived entirely from local sources and heritage grain projects. During a visit this year we were able to work alongside Prestige-Ledroit Distributing to select a Sauternes-matured single cask and requested that it be finished in an ex-Peated whisky Quarter Cask.
The experiment has arrived! We'll taste through a breadth of the distillery and finish with our bespoke Single Cask release.
