This plate-smashing ritual is a symbolic and cathartic way to break free from limiting beliefs, old patterns, and past struggles—making way for growth, balance, and renewal.
What to Expect:
🫖 Tea & Dessert Experience – Begin by selecting your pot of tea from dozens of choices, then nibbling on a premium dessert tier filled with luscious bites of goodness.
🌿 Guided "Release & Renew" Meditation – Josie will lead a meditation to align with the balancing energy of the New Year, helping you release the old and invite fresh opportunities.
🔥 Candle Ritual for Renewal – Light a candle to symbolize your intentions, embracing the shift into the New Year with clarity and purpose.
💥 Plate Smashing for Liberation – Write down what you’re ready to release on a white ceramic plate using Sharpies. Then, in a safe and designated space, smash it to pieces—physically and energetically clearing space for transformation!
🔮 Guest Reader – An intuitive tarot/oracle card reader will be offering 10-minute readings for $20.
