Accompanied with tastes of Jessup Cellars' most sought-after wines, Chardonnay and Zinfandel, we will explore the art of making and pairing exquisite chocolate truffles with our wines. We will end with a discussion and tasting of fortified dessert wines and will also showcase an amazing take-home option. We have recreated the topographical map of Napa in chocolate and you can even paint on all of your favorite sites along the way!
