Eagle Park Brewery & Distillery, like The Bartolotta Restaurants, was founded by two brothers, Max and Jack Borgardt. They grew up with a passion for music and beer in Milwaukee and they turned their hobby into a full-time career after starting brewing beer in their garage with a few friends. Their passion quickly took off as they gained a large following in Milwaukee and the surrounding areas. Within two years they moved to their current Milwaukee location Hamilton Street, and within three years they opened a location in Muskego, Wisconsin.
