A hands-on introduction to oolong and brewing with a gaiwan.
We’ll define the oolong category and look at the range of styles within it. Then you’ll practice brewing with a gaiwan—measuring tea, controlling water temperature and timing, pouring, and adjusting each infusion as the leaves open.
$35 per person. Includes 15% off tea and teaware after the workshop.
