Fei and Joui are teaming up to take you on a dining excursion to one of our favorite local gems: Oak & Ember Farms.
Join us on Friday, July 10th for a special al fresco dinner celebrating the flavors of summer harvested straight from the farm and thoughtfully prepared by Chefs Zack and Brendan of Fei Supper Club and Koji Burger. This six course meal will be elevated with wine pairings curated by Lauren of Joui Wine.
Eat, drink, and make lasting memories with some of the best in their fields, while dining out in the field.
Arrival is at 7pm. Appetizers and bubbles will be hosted happy hour style by the water. We will then sit at our family style dining experience, lasting from 7:45 to 10pm. Feel free to hang out with us after dinner for a relaxing bonfire with friends.
Menu highlights include watermelon sashimi, grilled shokupan flatbread, Shandong style chicken, and strawberry triffle.
We kindly ask that no substitutions be made. This is not a vegetarian or gluten free menu. If we are told during the meal about allergies or restrictions, we will not be able to make accommodations.
Please note: This event takes place at Oak & Ember Farms, located at 2645 Olt Rd, Dayton, Ohio 45417. This is a working farm; please wear appropriate footwear and attire.
