Fei Supper Club, Flâneur Wines, and Joui are teaming up for a special dining excursion to one of our favorite local gems: Oak & Ember Farms.
Join us Tuesday, October 13th for an unforgettable evening celebrating the wines of Flâneur from Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Chefs Zack and Brendan of Fei Supper Club have created a five-course, family-style dinner designed to complement and showcase these beautiful wines. National Sales Director at Flâneur, Russell Lichtenthal, will guide us through 5 of his remarkable wines.
We’ll begin at 6:30 pm with appetizers and cocktails served happy hour style by the water, followed by dinner from 7:15–10 pm. Dishes include shokupan flat bread with date carpaccio, miso biscuits with honey nut squash butter, Shandong chicken, and banofee tart with banana custard, cream cheese, and saffron caramel.
