Founded in Stilbaai in South Africa’s Western Cape, Inverroche emerged from founder Lorna Scott’s early experiments with indigenous fynbos botanicals and became one of the country’s pioneering producers of fynbos gin, drawing inspiration from the extraordinary biodiversity of the Cape Floral Kingdom. Their Classic, Verdant, and Amber expressions each highlight a different side of the region’s native flora, layering citrus, floral, herbal, and aromatic notes shaped by botanicals found nowhere else in the world. This tasting offers a look at how South Africa’s wildly diverse coastal landscape can be translated into gin, turning the Cape’s ancient plant life into spirits that feel inseparable from place and terroir.
