Antech has been making sparkling wine in Limoux since 1860, and Baptiste Antech Gazeau is the seventh generation of his family to carry it forward. He’s leading this tasting himself, walking guests through the history of the family and the winemaking behind each bottle. Antech is one of the longest-standing direct import producers in K&L’s portfolio, and this is a rare chance to hear the story from the person living it.
