Together we will awaken the senses with award winning red wines matched with the artisanal culinary stylings of Zooma Caters featuring coffee, chocolate, and cocoa. A food and wine event not to be missed.
Savour Chef Steves chocolate-coffee baked beans matched with Kacaba’s limited release 2023 Merlot. Next, we get a little spicy with 2023 Kacaba Proprietors Block Syrah and Zooma’s open faced Molé Beef on baguette. Finally Chef Steve gets a little sweat with his classic Tiramisu and the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon. A food and wine event not to be missed.
