At KAEDE, we offer only Tasting menu.

We are unable to accommodate to guests with allergies to shellfish of any kind, clam, scallop, shrimp, crab, etc., or to guests with celiac disease. We are also unable to accommodate to gluten-free, soy-free, or vegetarian/vegan requests and cannot be modified the menu.
Our tasting menu includes shellfish, and due to the characteristics of Japanese cuisine, it is composed of dishes that use soy sauce.

Please read carefully about cancellation policy and dietary restrictions policy before making reservations -CANCELLATION POLICY- We will strictly be enforcing our cancellation policy. Parties not showing up, cancelling or changes to party size made within 24 hours of the reservation time will be charged $60 per guest *Note for those making a reservation for 2 people As stated above, cancellation made within 24hours of the reservation time and no-show will be charged $60 per guest. If your companion does not show up without prior notice, will be charged $60 per person as no-show fee. Therefore, if the number of people in your reservation changes from 2 to 1, please either change the number yourself or contact us at least 24 hours before the reservation time. *Note for those making a reservation for 1 person If you want to add someone to your reservation, please check the reservation status in advance through TOCK and change your reservation yourself if there are any seats available. If there are no seats available on TOCK, we will not be able to accommodate and cannot provide you with extra seats, so please do not bring a companion. If there are no seats available and bring someone, we will either ask your companion to leave or cancel your reservation, in which case, we will charge you a No-show fee of $60. Please note this in advance. Generally, cancellation made by phone or email cannot be handled promptly, so please be responsible for checking your schedule. -FOOD ALLERGIES AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS- Our tasting menus cannot be modified to be gluten-free, soy-free or Vegetarian/Vegan, also cannot accommodate guest with shellfish allergies. Most of dishes in our tasting menu is made using seafood and ingredients essential to Japanese cuisine, such as Dashi broth, soy sauce, miso and shellfish. We will try to do our best to accommodate other food allergies and dietary restriction. Please let us know in advance. We apologize in advance if these accommodations cannot be made. We only allow the bringing your own bottle of wine(750ml). Our corkage fee is $35 per 750ml for the first two bottles. -SUSHI COUNTER- Our sushi bar is "high counter ", for the safety reason, we cannot accept kids/children to seating sushi counter.
