Owner and Chef Masaki Hashimoto offers a traditional Kaiseki experience outside of Japan. Nestled in the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre in North York, this restaurant will transport you to Kyoto for an evening. As of June 1st, 2026, the per-person dinner price is now $400 before tax, drinks, and gratuity. All reservations starting June 1st will be subject to this change, regardless of whether you booked in advance. Chef is not accepting any menu modifications at this time.
