Our menu changes monthly to reflect the freshest seasonal ingredients. Choose from three distinct dining experiences — Kaiseki, Sushi Omakase, or Gyu (Beef) Kappo — each served in its own dedicated room, with your menu selected at the time of booking.
Please note that our dishes are based on fish, meat, and soy, and we are unable to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, or rice-free diets, or soy allergies.
For our Sushi Omakase, we can accommodate a gluten-free diet.
For our Kaiseki and Gyu (Beef) Kappo, we are unable to accommodate a gluten-free diet. For our Gyu (Beef) Kappo, we are also unable to accommodate a pescatarian diet.
For all other allergies, please notify us at (702) 778-8889 at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that we are unable to offer substitutions once you have arrived for your reservation.
To avoid a 100% cancellation fee, reservations must be canceled, modified, or reduced in party size at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. For parties of 6 or more, changes must be made at least 10 days in advance. Increasing your party size is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. As our restaurant is intimate in size with limited seating, this policy allows us to plan seating, order ingredients, and prepare each course accordingly.
All courses are served simultaneously to every guest, and we can hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reservation time. Please call us promptly at (702) 778-8889 if you anticipate a delay; if we are unable to reach you, your reservation may be treated as a no-show.
If you call to inform us of a 15–30 minute delay, we will prepare your first two courses in advance to be served together upon your arrival. If we do not hear from you until after the 15-minute mark, we are pleased to still welcome you within 30 minutes of your reservation time; however, as dishes are not prepared in advance without notice, your meal will begin from whichever course is in progress at that time.
We encourage you to call ahead if you anticipate being late, and kindly ask that you answer should we reach out to you.
Arrivals delayed more than 30 minutes will be treated as a no-show. Our 48-hour cancellation policy applies, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
We're glad to try to accommodate an earlier finish time when possible. Please note that courses are served in tandem across the room, so our ability to adjust timing may be limited in order to maintain the experience for all guests. Please call us at (702) 778-8889 at the time of booking to let us know, as we cannot guarantee accommodation for same-day requests.
Parties of 6+ are considered "Large Parties" and must fill out a form and provide a 50% deposit. The cancellation policy for large parties is 10 days, due to the need to order ingredients from Japan.
As each course is specially curated for every guest, we kindly ask that all seated guests order a full tasting menu. We are unable to accommodate guests who wish to be seated without dining.
