Celebrating 50 years of excellence in wine making, Joseph Phelps Vineyards continues to craft wines with the vision of its founder in mind. Joe Phelps was a man who fell in love with wine and food simultaneously and on Monday, December 11th, we invite you to join us for an experience like none other with Chef Ogawa. The evening will embrace the Kappo tradition of ‘cut and cook’ pairing an omakase style, wagyu centric coursed dinner with Ruinart Blanc De Blancs, Freestone Pinot Noir 2021 by Joseph Phelps, Joseph Phelps Cabernet 2019, Insignia 2019 and finishing with a special surprise!
