We are delighted to partner with Boken for an intimate evening of refined dining centered around Boken sake pairing, alongside a special preview of Kappo’s upcoming summer menu.
Guiding the evening on Thursday, June 11th will be Jake Burdick, Certified Sake Advisor, followed on Friday, June 12th by Daisuke Nakajima, President of Boken. Curated selection of sake showcasing some of Japan’s most distinctive yeast expressions, while discovering the rich narrative of tradition, craftsmanship, and innovation.
The $95 ticket price will be applied as a deposit toward the full dining experience. The evening includes a $150 seasonal Wagyu omakase menu accompanied by a $95 curated Boken sake pairing. A 22% service charge and applicable DC dining tax will be added to the final balance.
