Join Kendall College alum and Chef/Owner Donald Young (Les Nomades, Temporis, Woodwind, Venteux) of Duck Sel, the experiential fine dining concept, as he presents an action-packed, five-course tasting menu of his signature contemporary American cuisine. During the evening, Young, who was recognized as one of the youngest chefs to be awarded a MICHELIN star in the US, will lead guests on an exciting culinary journey featuring dishes made with seasonal ingredients and intriguing preservation and dry-aging techniques presented in an unpretentious, yet finely tailored approach. All profits from the evening will benefit Kendall College’s scholarship program.
