Skip the line and secure your spot on the east side of our field with a guaranteed reserved tailgate space. Our east side spaces give you closer access to our Sunday food trucks, closer proximity to our tasting room, and easier walking to the main parking lot if you have guests joining you.
While the majority of our field operates on a first-come, first-served basis, this reserved space ensures you can arrive on your own schedule without worrying about availability. Each space is 10×10 with room with one parked car across the the gravel path. Just bring your own pop-up tent (unless you purchase a tent add-on at checkout), table, and chairs and enjoy the day with family and friends.
Reserved spaces are an optional offering — not a requirement.
ARRIVAL & FIELD HOURS
• Field opens at 10 AM (early queuing allowed).
• Field closes at 4:30 PM. All tailgates, trash, and vehicles must be cleared by then.
WHAT TO BRING
Your space is 10×10. Bring your own tent (unless added at checkout), tables, and chairs.
FOOD, DRINKS & PETS
• Only King Family Wine alcohol permitted.
• Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks welcome (no grills).
• Dogs allowed on leash.
• Pack out all trash.
ATTIRE
Polo attire ranges from casual to Sunday best.
WEATHER POLICY
Plan A: Polo on the grass field as scheduled.
Plan B: Polo moves to the arena due to unsafe field conditions. You may keep or cancel your reservation for a full refund. Reserved spaces shift to either:
• East side: no adjacent parking; short walk from end-zone parking.
• West side: parking behind tent; short walk to arena.
Plan C: Polo is cancelled. Cancellation decisions may be made as late as 7 AM day-of (earlier notice provided when possible). Full refunds issued within 2 business days. Cancellations may result from severe weather, temperatures above 95°F, or wet field conditions that prevent cars being parked on the field.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel by the calendar week before your reservation for a full refund.
