Kogane
Chefs Kwan and Fumio Azumi met by chance during the pandemic, while slicing fish for a seafood distributor in Los Angeles. Their working relationship quickly blossomed into mutual respect, and Kogane restaurant was born.
We are proud to report that Chef Kwan has left us to open a new omakase project in Ohio! Kogane will continue as before, with Chef Fumi leading the bar by himself. We will continue to pursue excellence in our traditional style, following the seasons and trying to highlight...
