On May 15, we're opening rare 2015 vintage large format selections—wines from a year those who farmed it still talk about. Yields so small, berries so concentrated, they call them caviar grapes. Naturally, we're pairing them with Tsar Nicoulai caviar. Followed by five courses. Highlights include buttermilk-fried quail, hazelnut-crusted halibut, and black truffle corn polenta.
