Pkhali - 2 small varieties, one spinach and one beet. A cold dish with compacted chopped veggies, walnuts, garlic, and spices.
Georgian Salad - tomato, cucumber, cilantro, red onions, and jalapeno tossed in a thick walnut dressing.
Khachapuri - renowned pan-fried bread with feta, egg, and mozzarella filling.
