Join us for an intimate evening at Newcastle favourite Humbug as Krinklewood Estate presents a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner celebrating organic and biodynamic wine.
Hosted by Krinklewood's Winemaker, Valentina Moresco, the evening will explore the character of our Estate and Basket Press wines through guided side-by-side tastings, perfectly paired with a bespoke seasonal menu created by the Humbug team.
Guests will be welcomed with a glass of our award-winning Blanc de Blanc before enjoying comparative tastings of Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz, finishing with our Verdelho Fortified alongside dessert.
Throughout the evening, Valentina will share the stories behind each wine, our biodynamic farming philosophy and the winemaking decisions that shape every bottle.
