You’ve taken a beginner class or know the basics, but sitting down to play a real game can still feel a bit daunting. Don't worry, we’ve got you! Our Guided Play Mahjong sessions are the perfect bridge between "learning" and "playing."
Skip the pressure of a fast-paced game and enjoy a relaxed, supportive environment. You’ll play full hands with open cards (or closed, if you're feeling brave!), with an instructor nearby to help you interpret the card, navigate the Charleston, and strategize your next move. Come build your confidence, sharpen your skills, and meet some awesome fellow players!
Let us set the table with everything you need to play a round or two, including tiles and cards. Feel free to bring your own NMJL card if you have one.
Please indicate how many are in your group. No need for a full table of 4, single players welcome! We will seat you together, however, if you have a crew.
Prerequisite: Must know the basic rules of the game / Mahjong card.
Price includes: 2 hours of guided play, your first glass of wine, personalized instruction as needed
