Join Kuper Wine Bar and the Longmont Symphony Orchestra (LSO) for a musical and culinary experience to kick off the LSO’s 60th anniversary season. Enjoy six plates expertly paired with six wines and six live musical selections that explore the regions where these musical wonders originated. Guests will also have the opportunity to bid on exclusive auction items and support the LSO at this milestone anniversary fundraising event.

1) Liptauer & Rye Crostinis with Smoked Trout paired with Landhaus Mayer Gruner Veltliner from Niederosterreich, Austria
2) Bratwurst Bites with 3 German Dips paired with A. Christmann Riesling from Pfalz, Germany
3) Fall Salad with Toasted Hazelnuts, Blue Cheese Crumbles and Pears paired with Resonance Chardonnay from Willamette Valley, Oregon
4) Tri-Seafood Risotto paired with Tartufo Nebbiolo from Piedmont, Italy
5) Coffee-Rubbed Beef with Cherry Agrodolce & Potato Puree paired with L'Ecole No. 41 Cabernet from Walla Walla, Washington.
6) Georgian Walnut Cake with Honey Mascarpone Whip paired with Sandimo Saperavi from Georgia.
