Lambert's of Taos has been a mainstay in the town of Taos since 1989. Chef Adam Dooling serves beautiful contemporary American cuisine with ingredients sourced locally with from a variety of farmers and vendors throughout the year. Our Treehouse Bar, located on the second floor of the restaurant, is a favorite with locals and tourists alike and offers a casual and hip lounge experience with a fantastic bar menu.

Reservations are available for the dining room and outdoor patios only. Walk-ins are welcome and will be seated if available. For parties of 6 or more, please call the restaurant to inquire about availability, as space is limited. The largest group we can accommodate without a room or buyout rental is 10 guests. For special requests, please contact the restaurant directly. Regarding specific table requests, we will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee it. The Treehouse Bar (second floor) is available on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE basis and DOES NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS. We kindly ask that you do not make dining room reservations if you plan to dine at the Treehouse. If you make a reservation for the dining room and opt to visit the Treehouse, you are subject to a cancellation fee if we are unable to fill the reservation. Please note that patio dining is weather permitting and may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation (no charge) if we are unable to move you inside. We allow TWO HOURS per reservation. Thank you for understanding. We will do our best to allow longer if possible. If unable, we may ask you to move to the Treehouse to continue your evening.
