Join Carmen, owner of Delicious Boards in Lodi, for a hands-on charcuterie making class. Learn tips and tricks for cutting and arranging everything from soft to hard cheeses, creating salami roses, styling your board, and more.
Each guest will create their own charcuterie to take home and enjoy.
All supplies and food will be provided. No experience necessary, just come ready to learn and create!
