Guided by Saké Infinity co-founder Kayoko Abe, guests will enjoy a curated tasting of rare, premium sake paired with a seasonal omakase menu by Chefs Jorom Paler and Charlie Duran. Throughout the evening, Kayoko will share the stories, traditions, and craftsmanship behind some of Japan's most respected sake producers.
