For one evening, vegetables take center stage.
ROOTS is a celebration of the season through the lens of Las Puertas. Drawing inspiration from Mexican flavors, wood-fire cooking, and thoughtful wine pairings, this special menu explores the depth, texture, and beauty that can emerge when exceptional produce is treated with the same care often reserved for meat and seafood.
Guests may order individual dishes à la carte or experience the complete journey through all five courses.
Each dish has been designed to stand on its own while telling a larger story when enjoyed together.
Deposit is $15 per person will be refunded upon arrival.
