An eight course dining experience carefully crafted by chef Spencer George. Each month we offer a unique menu that features enticing flavors and innovative ideas, presented beautifully. Expert wine pairings curated by sommelier Amanda George are available for each course as is our well-appointed wine list.

Dinner begins at 6:00, arrive by 5:45 to enjoy a complimentary cocktail. The entire experience usually takes 3 to 3.5 hours.
