Join us for an over-the-top dinner event with Winemaker, Derek Baljeu, of Knights Bridge Winery!
This exclusive dinner event will highlight the great wines of Knights Bridge Winery in Calistoga. Winemaker, Derek Baljeu, will be here to present 5 different wines from this stellar terroir, paired with a decadent 5-course tasting menu carefully curated by Chef Ken Frank. There are a limited number of seats available for this special opportunity to enjoy these delicious wines with one of the people who makes them.
The event begins with a 5:45pm Champagne & passed hors d'oeuvres Reception, followed by a 6:30pm Dinner Seating. Dinner will consist of 5 decadent wine-paired courses.
The cost for this event is $375++ per person.
(PRE-PAYMENT: Your reservation will be secured by pre-payment. The payment covers the 5-course dinner menu, the 5 featured wines from Knights Bridge Winery ($375pp), plus the automatic 20% service charge, and 7.75% local sales tax.
