This November at Lazy Bear, we're thrilled to welcome Amanda Harlan for an evening dedicated to The Mascot. As Family Director for Domain H. William Harlan, Amanda brings a holistic perspective to The Mascot, which is made from young Cabernet Sauvignon vines in the hillside vineyards of its parent estates: Harlan Estate, BOND, and Promontory.
This evening is a return to our communal format, beginning with champagne and white Burgundy from the Lazy Bear cellar, and moving into side by side pairings of rare back vintages through current vintages of The Mascot. Our culinary team, led by Chef de Cuisine Genoa Pieron, is crafting a menu designed to pair with the depth and nuance of this iconic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Amanda will guide guests through each pour, sharing the unique stories and winemaking decisions behind each bottle.
Dinner begins at 6:30pm. Don't miss this opportunity to taste these powerful, vibrant wines that originated as the Harlan family's personal cuvée.
This experience is inclusive of full menu and wine pairings. Non-alcoholic beverage progressions are available with no adjusted cost.
