The LEE Initiative

Chef Edward Lee and Lindsey Ofcacek started the LEE Initiative in Louisville, Kentucky, in 2018 after seeing a need for more diversity, more training, and more equality in restaurants. They wanted to redefine what it means to give back to the local community based on their research, experiences and most of all, instincts.
